1 General Terms & Conditions

Baji (baji-taka.net) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Baji and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing or using this platform, you automatically agree to all of the terms set out below.

Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend revisiting this page periodically.

• These terms apply to all members, guest users, and anyone using any of Baji's services.
• Baji is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.
• Users from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on Baji. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• During registration, you will need to provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making your first withdrawal.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Keep your account password secure. Never share it with anyone.
• If suspicious activity is detected, Baji may immediately suspend the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Baji supports a range of local and international payment methods. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

• Deposited funds may only be used within the account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of the request being submitted, though in most cases it happens much sooner.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Baji does not charge any service fees on payments, though the payment provider itself may apply its own fees.
• To prevent money laundering, Baji may suspend or investigate any transaction where necessary.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and withdrawals or use of the bonus will not be permitted until those conditions are met.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to a new member's first deposit only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts typically require 10–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Cashback: Cashback applies to net losses under specific conditions. The wagering requirement for cashback will be communicated separately.
• Referral Bonus: Referring a friend earns you a bonus of a set amount, subject to separate terms of use.
• If bonus abuse is detected, Baji may cancel the bonus and suspend the account if necessary.
• Claiming bonuses from more than one account per household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

5 Betting Rules

All bets on Baji are accepted and settled in accordance with specific rules. The outcome of each bet is determined by the rules of the relevant sport or game.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Baji cancels it directly.
• Baji reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Official scores are used to determine outcomes in Sports Betting.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• The maximum bet amount depends on the user's account level and the relevant event.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji platform. Engaging in them may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting or arbitrage activity intended to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking, scraping, or the use of any automated software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Filing false chargebacks or refund claims.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification has not been completed, or if false information is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
• When directed by the relevant authorities for legal reasons.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

If there is any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the designated process — unless the account was closed due to fraud or a breach of these terms.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Member information is used solely for the purposes of service delivery, verification, and security.
• Payment information is stored in encrypted form and cannot be accessed directly by any staff member.
• Information may need to be shared with relevant authorities to meet legal obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Baji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming and provide the tools to support it.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: You can set a maximum bet amount for any given session.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

10 Dispute Resolution

11 Changes to Terms & Effective Date
